Refund & Return Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We will review your claim and, once approved, offer you a replacement or full refund.

  • In most cases, you won’t need to return the original item to us.

  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of the product and packaging.

Lost or Missing Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with our shipping partners to locate or replace your order.

Change of Mind or Other Reasons:

  • Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or color preferences.

  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or it is unclaimed, we will notify you.

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
